Piggy in the middle

Ooops! The Stuff and Nonsense Theatre Company have printed 20,000 flyers with my URL on them by mistake.

The (inexhaustible) Stuff and Nonsense Theatre Company are performing their re-telling of Three Little Pigs, aimed at children between two and seven. They are playing in theatres in Salisbury, Frome, London and Plymouth between 24th October and 27th December.

To promote their tour, they have printed and mailed 20,000 flyers. But despite the best laid plans of pigs, there is a catch. Every one of those glossy new flyers has my URL printed on them instead of theirs.

You can huff and puff all you like; you’re not getting in!

Obviously building a house design is not as easy as it looks. But all is not lost (although you might be). If you’re as partial to piggies as I am, head over to The Stuff and Nonsense Theatre Company. I’ll bet my bacon that it will be a great show.

... and you’re a very nice chap for re-linking their site.

    I’ll bet they’re pig sick… (sorry).

I can see SEO value in doing this kind of thing. :)

Nice job for linking off to them. Good man.

Not only have they printed the wrong URL but they haven’t even got a holding page on the correct URL. All I’m seeing is a 123-reg holding page.

What a big, brave wolf you are for covering their back though. Andy “The Saint” Clarke.

Perhaps the designer was suffering from swine flu…

I thought you had been branching out and doing some Theatre work at first. Good call on linking them back, nice of you to do so, and even better than you showed the venue, times etc from the flyers.

Speaking of them flyers, they look pretty good. :)

Also, their url is just a holding page at 123reg anyways :P I think people would prefer coming here as it seems you have more information anyway, which it kind of ironic :S

Jon Roobottom, Pete, Sulcalibur: It was the least I could do. Childrens’ theatre is hardly a big money operation and I feel (somehow) bad that they could suffer financially for this mistake.

Simon Jobling: All I’m seeing is a 123-reg holding page. — There site is having problems. I’m hoping to help them sort that out too.

Barry Bloye Perhaps the designer was suffering from swine flu. — You can get oinkment for that.

Ooh, I like the flyer design, and I like the concept. If that was a very unsubtle piece of affiliate advertising then well done - I want to go! If not thanks for posting it anyway. I’m sure my two year old will be most pleased. Anyway, must trot along now.

OR you could talk all about the new play you’re putting on, and steal all their customers!

Then you could do a series of web design sketches for children, and…

    Maybe not?
