Stuff & Nonsense product and website design

North Wales has been our base for the past 25 years, and I suspect many others will follow us to Wales for the same reasons we came here.

Designing products and websites for businesses in Chester

Chester’s beautiful walled city has a fascinating history that stretches back to Roman times, where it was the largest army camp in Roman Britain. Much of Chester’s history is in plain sight when walking around the city. It includes medieval buildings in the city centre and the famous Chester Rows, covered walkways filled with boutique shops and cafes.

Stuff & Nonsense are a pleasure to work with. They guided us through the process of designing and creating a website which we are truly proud of. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Chester is our closest city

Since we moved to North Wales, we’ve been regular visitors to Chester for business and pleasure as it’s less than thirty minutes drive along the A55 Expressway across the England/Wales border. We’ve visited Chester so frequently, and we could possibly drive there with eyes closed.

Chester is a small city bustling with business activity. So, it’s no surprise than we’ve designed plenty of websites for businesses in Chester and the surrounding areas, including Deeside, Hawarden, and Saltney.

Web design in Chester

We’ve designed websites for Chester businesses that cover almost every sector. Still, many of our Chester clients work in finance, including Easy 2 Switch, Equity Finance, Mortgage Advice Center, and Status Mortgages.

We’ve worked with accounting and legal firms, including Bevan Rose and Sage Accounting. Mercury Search is a Chester-based recruitment company that specialises in the printing industry, and Animal Search is the UK’s biggest and busiest missing pet finding service.

Designing for Chester-based Animal Search

Based in Chester city centre, Animal Search called us when they needed a brand identity refresh and website redesign concepts. Designing for Animal Search involved us working on; art direction and brand concept design, colour, typography, layout, and a little user interface design.

Our goal for the Animal Search design was to create a consistent brand experience across desktop, mobile, posters and printed materials. The logo mark we designed represents solving a puzzle by finding a missing pet. We incorporate illustrations into our work as often as we can. We chose Vic Bell to illustrate the Animal Search puzzle concept.

After first agreeing on the new high-level creative direction for the updated Animal Search brand, we created static designs for their website’s most important pages. We paid particular attention to how someone’s experience of their brand would be consistent across platforms.

Our plans to help businesses in Chester

I’m available to work with interesting people on designs for products and websites. We’d love some of those people to be from Chester. Living and working so close to Chester, I’ve developed an affinity with this wonderful city. The businesses I’ve worked with in Chester have been some of my favourites. I look forward to working on web design projects in Chester again.
