Stuff & Nonsense are a pleasure to work with. They guided us through the process of designing and creating a website which we are truly proud of. We look forward to working with them in the future.

Manchester is just 90 minutes away
Since we moved to North Wales, Manchester has become a place we regularly visit for concerts, shopping and work. Manchester’s Northern Quarter is the home to several clients, including the Shield Safety Group and our favourite bookshop, where we often find inspiration for our web design work.
Manchester is 90 minutes drive away along the M56 motorway and A55 Expressway, and Manchester Airport is even closer. This makes Manchester a hub for travelling to visit web design clients across Europe.
Web design in Manchester
We’ve designed websites for businesses in and around Manchester for over ten years. Early projects included website designs for several commercial photographic studios. More recently, the Shield Safety Group was one of our first product design experiences. We helped them redesign the user experience and interface design of their health and safety compliance product. We delivered a design system and toolkit of responsive HTML and CSS templates to their team of in-house developers.
Speaking about web design in Manchester
Manchester has an active community of web designers and developers and is a popular venue for the industry conferences I speak at. Manchester McrFRED is a regular community event. Speak the Web was a series of events across the North of England including Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester. At the Manchester event, I launched my 2010 Hardboiled Web Design book about website design.
Our plans to help businesses in Manchester
I’m available to work with interesting people on designs for products and websites. We’d love some of those people to be from Manchester. Living and working so close to Manchester, I’ve developed an affinity with this wonderful city. The businesses I’ve worked with in Manchester have been some of my favourites. I look forward to working on web design projects in Manchester again.
