MK Geek Night Mental Help Night - Part of Geek Mental Help Week

I couldn’t be happier that the brilliant Richard Wiggins and David Hughes, the pair behind Milton Keynes Geek Night, are hosting a special Mental Health evening event as part of Geek Mental Help Week.


That’s happening on the evening of 28th October and they’ve some wonderful people who are contributing their time to speak and share:

  • Adam Onishi on “There is no such thing as work-life balance.”
  • Sandra Dartnell on “Digital Spaghetti”
  • Gavin Elliott on “Invisible Challenges”
  • Cole Henley on “Coping with depression—experiences and strategies”

And Dr. Clare Symons who will also be joining me on-stage at The Web Is” along with Cole, Relly and Chris.

Tickets will be available tomorrow (Friday 10th) at 12pm.

What’s Geek Mental Help Week?

Geek Mental Help Week starts on October 27th 2014, a week-long series of articles, blog posts, conversations, podcasts and events across the web, about mental health issues, how to help people who suffer and those who care for us.

Geek Mental Help Week is a web industry-wide project and you can get involved by writing and publishing, organising an event or speaking at one during the week beginning October 27th.
