Unfinished Business episode 1: Monkey Business

In Monkey Business, the first episode of our new show Unfinished Business, Anna Debenham and I talk about why a show about business is important and why one needn’t be boring. We chat about last week’s CES and if and when designers and developers might need to buy new devices. And of course, I talk about Planet Of The Apes while Anna nods politely.

My thanks go to Perch for sponsoring Monkey Business. Perch is the really little content management system for projects where you don’t want the hassle or expense of setting up a big, complex CMS. It can help you turn around small projects quicker, and make them more profitable. Perch has been designed by front-end developers for designers and front-end developers. There’s no built-in markup to battle with as you use your own HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Perch gets out of the way and let’s you build great websites. Perch is a one-off license cost of £35 per website, and all first-party add-ons are free, so you don’t need to worry about ongoing costs. Give Perch a try.
